Miracle Realty:

Our property management treats all our owners and tenants with professional, prompt, and courteous service.

We do a market analysis to determine optimal monthly rental amount for your property utilizing a wide range of professional resources.

We implement our marketing program to rent your property as quickly as possible.  This includes advertising on our website, in the local newspapers, flyers, and signs.  We promptly pursue all leads and schedule showings of your property during the week, evenings, and weekends.

We thoroughly review each prospective tenant's rental and credit history, including prior evictions.

We verify new tenant's current employment and stated income.

We will contact the prospective tenant's current landlord to verify payment history and care of property.

We then will give our recommendations to you for final approval.

We charge a one time set up fee, which is 1/2 the month rent amount.  This is to cover screening fees, advertising, and paperwork.  After this initial set up fee , our monthly charge is 10% of  rent money collected from tenant.  There is never any upfront charges to you.
